What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is being packed.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the UK only. Watch this space!
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What's your returns policy? As all our items are second hand and one-of-a-kind, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges unless an item has been significantly misrepresented in its listing. We take care to accurately describe the condition of every item, including any wear or flaws, so please check product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to get in touch before you buy.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or not as described? Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll do our best to resolve it fairly.

Is the band merch official? We source our stock from a variety of second hand sellers and markets, so we can't always verify whether items are official licensed merchandise. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if authenticity is important to you, please get in touch before purchasing and we'll share what we know about a specific item.
How should I wash my tee? Turn inside out, wash at 30°C, and avoid tumble drying to keep the print looking sharp for longer.
What condition are the items in? Every item is second hand, so some wear is to be expected. We grade and describe the condition of each item individually — look out for condition notes and close-up photos in each product listing.
